The Apex Center

(303-424-2739) has three great places to get together…for business meetings, birthday parties and lots more. Keep these gathering spots in mind for your next event:

• The Randall Room, adjacent to the Blue View Cafe, is a great place for adults and seniors to relax and visit. It’s open during regular Apex hours of operation, and if you wish, you can rent it for your organization’s meeting, party or other gathering. Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance. The resident discount fee is $70/hr. (non-residents $90/hr.). The kitchen is available for an additional $35 (non-residents $40). If you are reserving this room, you have the option of a discounted admission fee for $3.50 per person, which is good for all Apex activities.
• The Party Room is the perfect place for your next birthday or team party! It’s located between the ice arena and the aquatics area (incidentally, the room is designed to tolerate wet swimsuits!) Res. Discount Fee: $60/1st hr., $35 ea. addl. hr. (non-residents $80/1st hr., $40 ea. addl. hr.). Room renters and their guests are required to purchase a discounted admission for $3.50 per person, which is good for all Apex activities.
• The Summit Room, located downstairs next to the party room, is great for gatherings of all kinds: birthdays, meetings and more. Since it’s next to the aquatics area, it’s especially suitable for swimming parties. Fees are $45 res /$65 non-res for the first hour and $35/$40 for each additional hour. Room renters and their guests are required to purchase a discounted admission for $3.50 per person, which is good for all Apex activities.
• Apex Child Watch Room, includes child watch room and free play in the Apex Clubhouse. Available Saturdays, 3-5:30 pm and Sundays, 3-6:30 pm.
  Please note: The Apex Clubhouse is still open to the public. You are reserving the child watch room adjacent to the clubhouse. Res. Discount Fee: $60/1st hr., $35 ea. addl. hr. (non-residents $80/1st hr., $40 ea. addl. hr.). If you are reserving this room, you have the option of a discounted admission fee for $3.50 per person, which is good for all Apex activities.

The Community Recreation Center

(303-425-9583) features a large banquet hall, full kitchen and several meeting rooms and classrooms.

• The McCormack Hall lends itself to wedding receptions, anniversary parties, banquets, quinceaneras, and other festive events. This spacious room includes use of tables and chairs to accommodate up to 300 guests and has a raised platform stage. Fees begin at $150/hr. (non-residents $175/hr.). The adjoining kitchen is available with the hall for a $75 flat fee.
• Meeting Rooms and Classrooms are available to host seminars, workshops, showers and other gatherings of up to 48 guests. Fees are $40/hr.

The Clubhouse at Indian Tree Golf Course

(303-463-4277) features meeting rooms of various sizes, a restaurant and catering capabilities for every need.

Secrest Youth Center and Park

Plan a memorable birthday, team function or special event — Secrest features include pool, gym, videos, playground, volleyball court, inline skating rink and more. 303-403-2555.

Meyers Indoor Pool

Available for rent by scouts, churches, community and private groups. Plenty of room for your active group; children’s slide and pool basketball available for parties. 303-467-7140.

Racquetball and Fitness Center

Available for rental Saturday and Sunday evenings. Amenities include racquetball/wallyball courts, weight room, saunas, kitchen, lounge and TVs. 303-431-9004.

Sand Volleyball Court Rentals

Apex has two sand volleyball courts for rentals and tournaments on the east side of the Garrison Street. Call 303-431-9600 for rental information.

Softball Field Rentals

Hold team practices, private group leagues, tournaments and fundraisers at the Harold Lutz Complex (8 fields), Youth Memorial Sports Complex (4 fields) or Pioneer Park (6 fields). We can help you plan your organization’s special event. Call 303-431-9600 for rental information.

Indoor Soccer Field
