LEAGUE PLAY BEGINS THE WEEK OF AUGUST 25
REGISTRATION DEADLINE AUGUST 15!!
REFUND POLICY
The following policies will be in effect for those teams wishing to withdraw from Apex PRD leagues.
1. Any team wishing to withdraw from the league prior to Friday, August 15 will forfeit their $100.00 non-refundable deposit. All fees paid in excess of the $100.00 deposit will be refunded.
2. After Sunday, August 24, no refunds of any kind will be given. Exception: If the team withdrawing from the league is able to find a replacement team, a $35 processing fee will be assessed, and the remainder will be refunded.
Apex PRD reserves the right to cancel any league due to insufficient registration. If a league is canceled, those teams registered in it have the option of transferring to another league or receiving a full refund. If the league to which your team is transferring has a higher league fee, your team will be responsible for paying the difference. If the league fee is lower, Apex PRD will refund the difference to the manager.
