REFUND POLICY
The following policies will be in effect for those teams wishing to withdraw from Apex Parks & Rec leagues.
1. Any team wishing to withdraw from the league prior to Friday, August 14 will forfeit their $100.00 non-refundable deposit. All fees paid in excess of the $100.00 deposit will be refunded.
2. After Sunday, August 23, no refunds of any kind will be given. Exception: If the team withdrawing from the league is able to find a replacement team, a $35 processing fee will be assessed, and the remainder will be refunded.
Apex Parks & Rec reserves the right to cancel any league due to insufficient registration. If a league is canceled, those teams registered in it have the option of transferring to another league or receiving a full refund. If the league to which your team is transferring has a higher league fee, your team will be responsible for paying the difference. If the league fee is lower, Apex parks & Rec will refund the difference to the manager.
