REGISTRATION STARTS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2008
Deadline for registration is two weeks prior to start of leagues or until leagues are full.
Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
Apex PRD has the right to combine leagues in order to make them full or to place them according to ability.
U8/U9 play 8v8
U10/U11 play 7v7
U12 and up play 6v6
