Starting on Saturday, April 5, Apex is hosting a walking group, and you are invited to participate. The group will meet 5-6 times, every other Saturday, 9 am to about 10:30 am, for scenic walks on Arvada trails. The walks will be around 3 miles. The first one begins at the Van Bibber Creek Trailhead, in the parking lot on the west side of Ward Road at approx. 56th Avenue, 9 am on Saturday, April 4. Subsequent walks will be decided on by the group and leaders — and the organized walks will continue through about late May to early June. This is a free program — please join us for a great fitness activity, good companionship and the chance to watch spring unfold!  There’s no need to register, but please email info@apexprd.org if you plan to attend the walk on April 5.
