PART TIME GUEST SERVICES - Meyers Pool

Minimum Age: 21

Pay Range: $8.50/hour

Hours per Week: 15-20, 5:15 a.m - 9:15 a.m, Mon.-Fri.

Position open until filled

General Purpose: Answers all incoming phone lines, provides customer service to the general public (guests), and disburses a variety of information on numerous programs/activities, and performs registration procedures and general clerical duties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service skills.

2. Ability to answer the phone courteously and efficiently and transfer calls accurately to staff.

3.Ability to accurately record and disperse complete phone messages.

4.Ability to learn computer data input on computer system.

5.Ability and willingness to learn word processing skills.

6.Ability and willingness to be a successful team player.

7.Ability to use a 10-key calculator.

8.Required to demonstrate basic knowledge of math skills.

9.Ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment under stressful conditions.

10.Ability to complete work with frequent interruptions and ongoing activities in work area.

Education/Experience:

1.High school diploma.

2.Previous experience as a receptionist.
