Ready to get out of the house and back into a workout routine? Here are a few options at the Apex Center:
Child Watch – On Mondays from noon to 2 pm, our well-trained Child Watch staff will gladly watch your baby in the Child Watch room. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the workout of your choice! Parents must stay in the building at all times.
Ages – 6 weeks to seven years
Drop-in Cycle Burn Room– Drop in Monday through Thursday from 10:30 am to 4 pm for a great cardio workout while you supervise your child. Parents must complete a brief 10-minute room orientation, then simply check in at Guest Services to use the Cycle Burn room and equipment during the times listed. No instructors will be present. Each parent is responsible for his or her baby, and babies must be in a carrier the entire time they are in the room.
Ages – Infants
Auxiliary Gym – Drop in during the times listed below for sprints, laps, walking or weightlifting. During these times parents with infants in either a carrier or stroller have full access to the auxiliary gym. Parents must remain in the gym with their child at all times (OK to leave the gym momentarily to get weights from the weight room and return immediately). Each parent is responsible for his or her baby, and babies must be in a carrier or stroller the entire time they are in the gym.
Dates/Times – Mon. & Wed. 10:30 am-1 pm, Tue. & Thu. 1-4 pm
Ages – Infants
