Qualification Requirements: 1.Knowledge of lifeguard techniques and principles including First Aid, CPR and AED.
2.Basic knowledge of swimming principles and teaching techniques.
3.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
4.Ability to establish and maintain effective and positive working relationships with other district personnel and the general public.
5.Ability to work as a team member and/or team leader in emergency situations.
