Qualification Requirements: 1.Director Qualification preferred.
2.Must have interest in, respect for, and ability to work with children ages 2-3.
3.Prior experience supervising children.
4.Ability to demonstrate mature judgment, appropriate role modeling, and clear standards of behavior for children.
5.Ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment during stressful situations.
6.Ability to meet the child at their level.
Job Summary: Responsible for the supervision of children that are participating in the Magical Mornings Program.

1. Supervises the children to ensure a safe, healthy and positive environment.
2. Assists in the planning of activities for the children.
3. Leaders of this class will be responsible for helping to develop and lead group activities.
4. Initiates and/or participates in the activities that are planned.
5. Supervises Magical Morning Assistants in implementing activities for the children.
6. Communicates with parents and staff members to provide information about activities and children successes and issues.
7. Follows the Youth Center rules and regulations.
8. Reports all incidents, injuries, and/or unsafe conditions to Recreation Coordinator.
