Hours Per Week: M-W-F, 8:00-9:00 a.m.

Qualification Requirements: Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
1.Basic knowledge of water exercise techniques and class organization.
2.Basic knowledge of muscle groups as they relate to exercise
3.Ability to clearly communicate to a large group in a pool setting.
4.Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with class participants.
5.Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.

Education/Experience
1.Current CPR-Adult certification
2.Minimum 1 year of water exercise class participation
3.H.S. Diploma or equivalent
Job Summary: Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
1.Performs safety check of pool area and equipment prior to class.
2.Begins and ends class on time.
3.Provides outstanding customer service and provides information for cross training opportunities.
4.Teaches classes that are safe and appropriate for age and fitness levels of the participants.
5.Communicates changes in program or facility to participants as needed.
6.Responsible for cleaning up and putting away equipment used during class.
