Qualification Requirements: Must have interest in, respect for, and ability to work with youth ages 10-18. Prior experience working with youth is preferred. Must have the ability to demonstrate mature judgment, appropriate role modeling, and clear standards of behavior for youth. Must have the ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment during stressful situations. Responsible for counting money, making change, and using a cash register
Job Summary: Qualified applicant will be responsible for the following:
1. Supervises youth to ensure a safe, healthy and positive environment.
2. Participates in activities at the center.
3. Communicates with parents and staff members to provide information about activities and youth successes and problems.
4. Collects and properly secures any monies collected for activity and concession fees.
5. Follows the centers rules and regulations.
6. Reports all incidents, injuries, and/or unsafe conditions to Recreation Coordinator.
7. Responsible for following opening and closing procedures and unlocking and locking up building
