We offer two great summer camp options for two age groups:

1. Team 7-12 summer day camp, Secrest Youth and Teen Center, 6820 w 66th Ave., is the ultimate choice in recreational day camps! A fun, yet structured program full of variety and excitement: sports, swimming, crafts, outdoor games, Friday field trips and more.

Camp operates from 7 am to 6 pm weekdays, June 2 through August 8. The fee includes all activities, all supplies, two snacks per day, and swimming. Swim lessons are extra; for more information see the summer Apex activities guide.

Registration begins March 3. Enroll in one or more weekly sessions. Choose a five-day (M-F) or three-day (Tue., Thu., Fri) option. Register online, in person at any facility, or by completing the registration form in the activities guide.

Fees: Non-refundable one-time registration fee of $50 for residents, $55 for non-residents. Weekly session fees: 5 day option: Res. $135 for 1 child, $130 for second child in same family (non-res. $150 for first child, $145 for second child in same family)

2. Counselor in Training Day Camp for ages 13-15, Secrest Youth and Teen Center

Nurture the leader within you and satisfy your adventurous self as well! The CIT program is rich in training and experience and it’s chock-full of the summer fun you dream about! CITs also enjoy the best of summer fun: adventure courses, team-building, whitewater rafting, sports, song and dance, amusement park trips, games, trail maintenance, rock climbing, hiking, swimming and much more!

As part of this unique and valuable opportunity, you’ll be asked to:

- participate, communicate and follow through
- lead by example, not power
- show respect and dignity at all times
- strictly follow the schedule below
